Overview
Measuring What Actually Determines Your Future
The PMF Longevity Scorecard helps you measure what actually shapes your future. Instead of relying on quick impressions, it gives you a clearer way to assess the three pillars that most strongly determine healthspan:
Physical Longevity
Mental Longevity
Financial Longevity
More than just a number, your score helps you:
Identify strengths you can build on
Uncover vulnerabilities that need attention
Spot habits that may need to change
Establish a clearer benchmark for progress
Most importantly, it helps you move from passive awareness to active pursuit.
Why a Scorecard Matters
Ambitious goals demand precise measurement. Just as investors track returns, athletes monitor performance, and pilots assess altitude, we too must establish objective metrics for our longevity. Too often, we're flying blind.
The goal here isn't judgment; it's awareness. The insights gained will empower informed choices, redirecting your life toward greater health and longevity.
By taking this assessment, you will:
Gain a personalized roadmap for focusing your efforts.
Establish a repeatable assessment to track progress annually.
Acquire a powerful tool for quantifying improvement over time.
Confront an honest reflection of your current health status.
How It Works
1
Take the Assessment
Set aside 45 to 75 minutes and complete the scorecard as honestly as possible.
Most people finish in about an hour
Take it in one sitting if you can
Choose a quiet setting and limit distractions
Treat it like an annual systems review, not a casual quiz
2
Get Your Score
Answer based on your actual behavior, not your intentions.
Use the past 6 to 12 months
Score the pattern, not your best recent streak
If the answer is unclear, take the lower score
A zero is not failure. It is useful data
3
See Your Weakest Pillar
Once complete, you’ll get a clearer picture of where you stand.
Your total PMF score
Your Physical, Mental, and Financial scores

Needs to be hidden

The Scoring Architecture
The PMF Longevity Score ranges from 0 to 300 points, distributed across the three pillars:
Physical Longevity: 0–100
Mental Longevity: 0–125
Financial Longevity: 0–75
Each pillar is made up of domains. Each domain contains behavior-anchored questions scored using clear criteria. There are no hidden multipliers. There are no subjective “bonus points.”
How Often to Take the PMF Scorecard
Once per year, ideally on the same date
During a normal life phase (not peak crisis, not peak “high”)
With the goal of trend tracking, not one-time judgment
The power of this tool is not your absolute score.
It’s the direction of movement over time.
