The PMF Longevity Scorecard

Questions

MENTAL LONGEVITY SCORECARD

(Questions 1–25 | 125 Points)

How Mental Longevity Is Scored:

Not all mental factors contribute equally to longevity. Some variables—such as purpose, emotional regulation, and decision-making under stress—have far greater impact on lifespan and healthspan than others.

For this reason, Mental Longevity questions are weighted by importance. Each question is still scored from 0 to 5 based on your answer, but higher-impact questions contribute more points to your total score.

Your final Mental Longevity Score reflects both how strong your mental habits are and where those strengths or weaknesses sit in the hierarchy of longevity risk.

That’s it. No equations in the book body.
